My boss, who has had no training, kept up with the program while I was off work and was able to generate his own reports, just by trial and error method, and said that it was easy to figure out.

I "test drove" another software program and their reports were not easy to generate at all. I had a hard time even with instructions.

Thanks MaintenanceFirst for user friendly software. I chose to keep this one even though we could have saved money on license fees for the other one, but you get what you pay for. I have not found another software package that delivers what MaintenanceFirst does.
