A huge thank you and kudos to the tech support at MaintenanceFirst for resolving a problem due to the fact that the database was moved from one server to another due to state regulations. Our own MIS staff was unable to resolve this issue and after contacting MaintenanceFirst, the situation was resolved today.

The tech support personnel were extremely professional and worked tirelessly with us to get MaintenanceFirst back up and running.
