Job Instruction Management: Utilities
Job Instruction management includes the ability to organize Material, Readings, and File Attachments. These records can be automatically included with any Work Order that references the Job Instruction.

Contract Management
Includes a robust module for Contract management, allowing users to track vital contract information, including review and renewal dates.

Inventory Management

Application includes a Quick Navigation Menu, customizable by each individual user. Allows users to include and order the application features they most frequency use, and can be set as application startup page.

Assigned Work Order Quick View
Users can access their assigned Work Orders at the click of a button. List is updated in real-time and automatic Indicators notify users of new Work Orders.

Messaging Utilities
The application includes Internal Messaging, a built in “email” utility designed to improve communication between application users and technicians. Users can send messages, respond, store and read archived, and review sent messages. Automatic Indicators notify users of new Messages.

Reminder Module
Application Users can manage their reminders using this module. Reminders module allows organization of General Reminder (Date Start, Date Due, Priority, etc.), Detail, and Completion data. Automatic Indicators notify of existing Reminders.

Personnel Availability
Application Users can mark themselves Available/Unavailable for real-time management tracking of which technicians are available for immediate Work Order assignment.

User Customization
