What type of hardware do I need to utilize the product?Our m1 products are Microsoft ASP.net based, and will run on many Windows Operating Systems. Some of the popular include Windows Server 2003, Server 2008, and XP Professional. Internet Information Services 6.0 or higher must be installed, as well as SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Full or Express. Our m1Legacy Desktop product will install on Windows ME, Windows XP, and Windows 7 as well.
Do you offer a hosted solution?Yes. There are several options to choose from depending on the amount of server hardware you desire.
I have an existing CMMS product. Can I transfer my data?Yes. We are able to convert a number of data formats into the MaintenanceFirst application.
What type of mobile devices work best?Any device with mobile web browsing capability works with the MaintenanceFirst products. Popular handhelds include Blackberry Curve, Apple iPhone, and HP iPaqs.
Do you offer barcoding?Yes. Any handheld with scanning capabilty will work with the MaintenanceFirst products.
